Medical disclaimer

It is not a substitute for an evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider, and reading it does not make you a patient of the practice; that relationship begins when Dr. Herner evaluates you in person. Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled online through the patient portal, by phone, or in person. We ask for advance notice when you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments may be subject to a fee at the discretion of the practice.

Patient responsibilities

Patients agree to provide accurate and complete information, to follow the treatment plan recommended to them, and to tell us about any concerns or changes in their health.

Electronic communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Herner Chiropractic by phone, email and text message, including appointment reminders and notifications about your treatment. Electronic communications may not be fully secure, and by opting in you acknowledge that. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Third-party services

Herner Chiropractic uses third-party platforms to support its operations, including the ChiroTouch electronic health record system and its online patient portal. We are not responsible for service interruptions or technical issues that originate with these providers. Links from this website to other sites, including the patient portal and Google Maps, lead to services operated under their own terms and privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

Herner Chiropractic is not liable for errors or omissions on this website, for interruptions in service or system availability, or for damages arising from reliance on website content. Nothing in these terms limits the responsibilities we have to you as a patient.

Text messaging terms

Herner Chiropractic uses text messaging to send appointment reminders, scheduling updates and notifications about your treatment. By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive these messages. Consent may be given on a patient intake form, through a form on this website, or by verbal or written agreement.

Message frequency varies with your appointments and your interactions with the office. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier plan.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will not receive further text messages unless you re-enroll. For assistance, reply HELP or call the office at (603) 595-4600.

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your information for marketing purposes.
